Hi.Taking all this stars because of "Yodel". Absolutely nightmare with this company.If you guys still sending parcels with them and not providing delivery option like royal mail, I not going to do any more orders unfortunately. Parcel was sent from you in time,but was late from them 4-5 days. When received a message from Yodel, I redirected immediately to my local store as I wasn't home. 3 days was on there app as its on its way to the shop.Last day I received a message that my parcel is there. Went to the shop and seller told Yodel still not there and already 3 people was in this joke.Driver delivered after 7 pm,message sended on morning. Never again with this company Yodel,got bad experience with them previously too
