Worst IKEA ever . Purchased and paid full amount on the 25th of
Oct, including delivery and assembly, products delivered after 9 days but 3 major items was missing. Till date, I haven't received it. Customer service is the worst. They never responded in a proper way and absolutely no commitment on dates. I lost rent for 15 days, because I'm unable to stay in the apartment. Still I'm waiting.... Ridiculous and the worst IKEA ever visited. Till date after regular follow up, I'm waiting. There is no proper response regarding the delivery date. No one cares. Answering time when you call the customer service is more than 10 minutes. Mostly nobody picks up the call. It's my worst IKEA experience.
