I was under the impression after ordering and paying for my bed that I had been given the choice of having two men deliver and install it for an extra £33. When I arranged for delivery I was informed that this service is not offered by Archers except for adjustable beds. This certainly was not made clear. We are in our seventies and will find installing this bed very difficult. I was going to order a super King mattress once this bed was delivered. I'll obviously go elsewhere now.
