Archers staff in store are very helpful. However when it comes the delivery and telephone service that is another business.
Ordered a bed and was sent an email asking to call in order to schedule delivery. I chose Monday and I even asked for a time slot and the person told me that they will call on the day. So I took Monday off, however, no one called and no one showed up. Called them in the afternoon, to be told that it wasn't scheduled and they will call on Tuesday morning to deliver. Tuesday, no call,so I called them again to be told (by Stuart) that I was sent a text in the morning which was not true. Then he later said, we got your number down incorrectly.
It's very frustrating.
Cancelled the order as to me it seemed like they just don't care.
