Been twice now and same again not enough bar staff in entertainment room plus to small the hall to, also very disappointed in the attitude of the laundry staff very moody, wee had to go back home a day early and didn't have my ticket I explained everything I had in washing bags plus my own person ect all a got was can't give you washing I'm like a need to go home someone has passed away!
