We're just back from a 4 night stay at Hunters Quay, and already looking to book our next visit. We were a multi generation group of grandparents, parents and children aged 4 and 7, we stayed in one of the 3 bedroom Oak Premier Lodges with a hot tub. The Argyll holidays team demonstrated a high level of customer service from the initial call to book, through to check in and for the duration of our stay. The lodge was bright, clean, modern and well appointed - the whole family loved having the hot tub on the decking, we were in it morning noon and night :-) The views throughout the holiday village were stunning, (please note the village location is quite hilly and may not be suited to someone with limited mobility/ walking difficulties) The village centre was just a short 5 minutes walk away from our lodge, the children enjoyed unlimited access to the soft play and swimming pool as well as wide range of bookable activities. Meeting Rosie at the children's disco was a highlight for them both. We ate at Hunters Bar & Grill on one evening, the staff were cheery and attentive, the menu was typical pub grub - we would recommend the fish & chips or the chicken burger, both were really delicious. Important to mention we visited Hunters Quay outwith the Scottish school holidays which meant the park was quite quiet which was ideal, think there is potential for the village centre to get over crowded during peak season.
