Der Umtausch der Hülle klappte problemlos, jedoch wurde leider, wie dies bei PayPal und bei Amazon üblich ist, dass Porto nicht zurücküberwiesen. Aber Produkt und Service sind alle sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Wobei die Erreichbarkeit per Telefon überhaupt nicht funktioniert, schade, man denkt hier offensichtlich nur an Die junge Generation nicht an ältere Menschen die Liebe anrufen.
