This review is on the company and not the product as I have not used it yet. First, the price of my product was the best at Arm or Ally. After purchase, the item was shipped promptly and communication was established. Unfortunately, my original purchase arrived at my doorstep as a damaged, empty box from the shipper. Fortunately, I was at home when the box was delivered and was able to take a photo and immediately notify Arm or Ally. They initiated the claims process with the shipper who approved the loss. Once approved, a replacement product was expedited to me.
