This review is in regards to the customer service. I ordered some Berry's Bullets, and they were mispackaged in the wrong box straight from the factory. I reached out to the team Arm and Ally team and they immediately shipped out the correct items and sent me a return label. I greatly appreciate the speed and professionalism from Butch and his team. I will be going back to them as soon as my reloading supplies run out. As for the bullets, they are my go to in 9mm. It's a little concerning they mispackaged rounds into a different box but accidents happen. Hopefully Berry's gets this issue addressed.
