My order was what I expected with no surprises and that's always nice. It was very well packaged with heavy duty staples and bagged. I didn't pay for cleaning, thought I would do that myself, and the level of "dirtiness" of the brass is also as I expected, so again, no surprises. Good pricing and prompt delivery.
