I had ordered the wrong BCG and AA took my phone call (Yes a live Person) and they sent me a return label after I explained what was wrong. The real reason for a 5 star rating is due to the fact that I had to contact them again because the UPS store wouldn't return my BCG and the girl who was helping me said they don't ship gun parts???? even though 2 days prior I sent a gun sight back. She texted her boss about it. (The girl who had shipped my previous gun part) and said NO we don't ship gun parts??? (a little hypocritical in my opinion). When I asked to talk to "Her Boss"she told me no! She will be back on Monday and threatended to call the cops to which I said call them! I contacted A and A, explained the situation and they sent me a USPS label. I was so PO'd but A and A got me settled down, settled and helped me with the return which you don't get in today's CS age when it involves a return. I will be ordering more parts from this company.
