I had a bit of trouble with the website loading and the FFL menu never came up. I placed my order anyway but immediately sent an email via the customer service link in the receipt with the FFL info. Here is where Arm of Ally earned my future business. Within 5 minutes there was a response with an explanation regarding the website and that the FFL information had been added to my order. This is how businesses should operate. Own the problem and fix it. Don't leave customers hanging. My order shipped quickly and arrived on time. Great job guys.
