I’ve ordered several items in the past without any issues whatsoever, so recently I ordered 3 Glock 23 upper parts kits because they’re Glock OEM and come with the specific 40 s&w extractor, shipping was fast as usual however when I opened the box there was only 1 kit so I took pictures and emailed them that evening, by 9am the next morning they responded admitting their error and shipped my missing parts kits that day. We all make mistakes but to me correcting the mistake with no argument is great customer service, I will always consider Arm or Ally in any future purchases!
