My self & my family have been buying cars form Arnold Clark for over 16 years now & touch wood we have never had any issues! Martyn has always looked after us very well. I do think that when buying a used car there is always risks because you don't know how well the previous owner has looked after the car. I can't complain about the after sales because I got all the calls that they promised & I make sure that the family have always bought cars that have been at the Huddersfield Motorstore Only. We live in Huddersfield so why would i go elsewhere i want to be able see the car in person & test drive it... why would i go buy from Scotland or Wigan! when i have no way of knowing if the pictures are a true representation of its condition. We've always made sure that we only buy a car that has 2keys, service book & manual with it at point of pick up - because these are things that I don't want to be chasing up after I leave the store!! I can't speak for others but I'd not buy a car from anywhere else if I'm honest, I certainly wouldn't go out & pay out for a brand new car when i can get the self same thing but for a hell of a lot less ££ - My advise would to be ask as many questions as you need to, don't leave any stone un-turned, its a massive financial commitment so do your research people.
