My daughter purchased a Toyota aygo nearly 2 weeks ago online. Wasn't even offered a test drive upon collection.(the car was transported to our local branch). She has a couple of issues with the car, which for over a week she has been trying to get someone to examine (WITHOUT SUCCESS) She's been posted from pillar to post, always being told she needs a different department, then being informed they'll ring her back, NOT HAPPENED. Will tell her to ring again but if no joy told her to return this car, as I personally feel they just want her WARRANTY to run out, just in case there's a major repair needs doing.
