MY CAR HAD A SERVICE(BOUGHT ON THE SERVICE PLAN) AND THE CAR CAME AWAY FINE. a week later went to the manufacturer to have an electrical fault fixed and they found 2LARGE OIL LEAKS WHICH ARNOLD CLARK DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT. I am a single woman on my own with 2 young children under 4 and they let me drive that car away with 3000 pound worth of work needing doing to it only had it 11 month and bought the extended warranty but they want nothing to do with it Customer service are so so rude. Please if getting a car is an expensive thing to you do not go here as I now have to use my time an effort that I should be using on my kids on them to fight it. Calls recordings requested they never send then tell me I never requested them. So patronising because I'm young and a single woman on my own. I can not afford that money to fixed this car. The worst company. I tried to cover myself with service plans around extended warranty an they still ripped me off. Now I have no car because I'm terrified to put my children in it incase something happens
