We paid £345 for 2 services and a mot. Today we took our car down to Arnold Clark in Huddersfield and was told our agreement didn’t cover a mot. Our car is just 3 years old next week. We were talked into paying for quite a few extras, and no way would we have paid so much for 2 services. I sent an email to customer services to complain. I just got a short reply and no sympathy at all. They are as bad as the salesman who sold us the car. We will never use them again and definitely not recommend Arnold Clark at all.
