ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS WASTE OF TIME!!! Found the perfect car spoke to sales person and was sent personalised video of car which was exactly what I wanted so reserved it with the £99 payment which apparently secures car for 48 hrs while waiting to secure finance. Rang back less than 24 hrs later for update only to be told they have just sold the car to someone else.. I still have the car reserved. I forwarded all the confirmation and emails. They just dont give a $hi@. Do yeself a favour and find a better dealership who value their customers.
