Bought a car that arrived with faulty windscreen wipers and scratch on windscreen - told not mot failure and they would send windscreen wipers. After 2 weeks an engine fault management light had appeared. I have never dealt with such condescending customer service from the manager of Arnold clark sales team or customer service. They wanted me to drive it over an hour way to be looked at even when a mechanic said I shouldn't. They were rude and talked down to me , I was shocked at their attitude. When I rejected the car I had to pay for transportation and they wouldn't refund my £99 deposit so I was out of pocket.
