It seems to be the way AC work. Bend over backwards helping you to find a car and then if you have any issues with it they don't care. My experience was before I had bought it. Waited three weeks for a car to be delivered from another store and "prepped" Apparently the store does their own prep because once it arrives at another location they would charge through the nose if anything needs fixing ... Charges it's own company? Sounds legit. Anyhoo, it arrives and there's a broken grill which needs fixing .. despite having been prepped in the previous store 👀 hmm. Whilst being "reprepped" they find the silver button on the handbrake had fallen off. Then when I come to view the car, it has rust on the body, an oil leak under the bonnet, the carpets are all plucked and fluffy, there's no parcel shelf and the steering wheel was completely worn down. The engine sounded dodgy too so I knew I didn't want anything to do with the car. It was a 19 plate and 51000 miles which is sus considering we had lockdown too. So I told the salesman I don't want it and explained why, for him to then say "oh well all that can be sorted" MAAAATE no thanks. I have more trust in the government than you lot.
