Tried to charge me £50 to replace a headlight bulb on my Astra before admitting they could do it for £9.
Have had a constant problem with leaky tyre valves since buying the vehicle. Despite repeated complaints to Arnold Clark about this issue, they charged me £140 to investigate issue before telling me it’s out of warranty and quoting me over £200 to fix
