Have phoned everyday this week and have not received a reply. New car was suppose to be here a week ago and the staff always saying he’s on the phone, has customer with him ,in the rest room will get him to call you back and I’m still waiting.
All I ask is that they reply and let me know when my new car will arrive but instead they ignorantly and arrogantly ignore you. Manager wouldn’t even take the call.
All I’m asking is to show a bit of care and compassion towards their customers and let them know there has been a delay
