Dropped my car off on Thursday 15 February 2023 for a computerised issue and 3 recalls. They called pretty sharp to explain delays due to requiring further information from their Technical Team which I accepted. By Monday 19 February 2023, I had heard nothing unless I called them (no updates provided), however when I called they advised they now had the information but my car was at the back of the que as other cars had came in since, to then go on and say that I'd just need to wait, they couldn't advise when my car would be seen, "just when they had time", also mentioning on two occasions that they've had cars there for "a week" (Service Advisor) and then "since last year" (Service Manager).
To now, when I call they are refusing to speak with me and are passing pathetic messages of excuse onto the Receptionists.
I've logged a formal complaint and written to the CEO. Unsure if it'll make the blind bit of difference.
Their attitude is shocking and their Customer Service can't be described in words!
They couldn't give a toss about their customers. My car is a Warranty job so isn't making them any profits so therefore chucked to the back of the que as their only interest is profits but like to portray themselves as 'Customer Focused', only when we part with our cash though!
