I ordered a van from Arnold Clark which was delivered to Southampton, this process took about 10 days, when arriving to view the vehicle I found a fault where petrol fumes were going into the cab, this was then sent to Citroen to be fixed which took another 10 days and I was told I could collect Friday, worse case Monday, Monday came and I rang the branch to be told they could not collect the van now until Tuesday, this would be collected between 9-10 am, Tuesday and I have not heard anything
Frustrated that you have to keep ringing them 😟
