Unfortunately Arnold Clark didn't make me happy. I decided not to purchase a car from the MG dealership in Kirkcaldy. The customer service had been good however when I decided not to go ahead with the purchase the sales man told me he would cancel the order and hung up the phone.
It would have been a bit better if the conversation ended better. Clearly just out for the commission and zero interest in my reasons for not going ahead. Training in this area might be beneficial I think.
