Recently, I've become increasingly disappointed with the No. 12 bus service in Luton. The bus often arrives early or doesn't show up at all, causing frustration and inconvenience. Adding to this, the drivers frequently come across as rude and appear to dislike their job. What's worse is the significant price hike for a return ticket, which has jumped from £3.20 to £5 without any available discounts. I'm exasperated with the declining quality of service, and it feels like I'm being forced to reward this terrible service with an unnecessary pay increase. I believe the bus company needs to address these issues, improve their punctuality, and enhance customer service, as well as reconsider their pricing structure, in order to regain my satisfaction and loyalty as a passenger.
