Arrow xl are working on behalf of littlewoods to deliver three items of furniture. They have failed to deliver on two occasions the first time they said we weren’t in which we were the driver phoned fifteen minutes before delivery which my partner found him hard to understand due to his strong accent. He then allegedly arrived and attempted access but the father in law who was there on our behalf heard no buzz and no letter was left in our box like the driver said he had left for us. My partner then attempted to call to ask where he was however he refused to answer his phone we then were told that we had to make a new appointment. So today I was in and had had a day off work only to find that arrow xl had failed to locate our items in their stores and so had cancelled our delivery with on the day notice. When I spoke to arrow xl they said that they were investigating when I spoke to littlewoods who had spoke to arrow xl it turns out that arrow xl had misplaced one of our items so littlewoods felt the best action to take was to cancel the order and re-start it as they thought that was our best chance of getting our order.
