Supposed to have a new mattress delivered today. When they hadn’t shown up after the end of my delivery slot I contacted their “customer service” team, which was a nightmare all it’s own, only to be told it wasn’t put on the van to “prevent damage“ and really they were doing me a favour. Now I have to wait another 8 days for something that was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days. I will certainly think twice about ordering from any company who use these guys as courier in the future.
