The entire experience of placing/receiving my order was above and beyond what I ever would have expected. We were invited to a very last minute wedding with no registry. In my panic of not knowing what to get my brother and new sister, I found this beautiful wine box with its lovely inscriptions and knew it would be perfect. Aside from placing the order to my specifications, the real quality showed when I had placed that order late night Saturday in hopes of receiving the item before Thursday morning. After everything was ordered I sent an email begging for sympathy not really expecting much of a response. To my surprise, I got an email back almost immediately advising the normal turn times but that they would rush production and make sure we had the box before we had to leave for the wedding. I was thrilled and they truly calmed some seriously anxious nerves. In addition to the expedited service, I requested a small change in the inscription knowing that it was highly unlikely given my rushed request and last minute changes. They advised the same, that it was unlikely and I accepted because it wasn’t anything major. Boy was I surprised when I received the gift. Not only is it gorgeous craftsmanship and truly a beautiful piece, but they also made the changes to my inscription! We couldn’t believe it and we are so grateful! My brother absolutely loved it and it was a showstopper amongst the other gifts at the wedding. Thank you ‘X’ a million!!
