I love these boxes, they make wonderful gifts. They are unique & the craftsmanship is excellent. Customer service is exceptional - while I checked the box to include an engraved note, I forgot to include the verbiage. Within a hour of sending in the order, I had an email from Artificer asking about my omission. Lastly, prompt delivery. Best gifts ever!!!
