Making a purchase from Artificer Wood Works was one of the most professional, personable, custom orders I've ever placed on the Internet. Aside from being able to have my own artwork engraved on the wine box, I loved that when I received it in the mail, there was a note with handwritten names of each person who crafted, engraved, and packaged my wine box. Such a personal touch! The customer service was great, the wine box is well crafted, and the turn around time was very fast. I would not hesitate to place another order in the future!
