I was in communication from the beginning regarding some of the ‘joints’ which are very poor on my olive tree but was told this was normal (tree also doesn’t stand straight). As they are very visible at the bottom, I was extremely disappointed as I hoped it would look more natural, and decided to return for refund. I then discovered returning the item was at my own cost, I asked if I would be able to arrange through Artificial Eden’s courier account to bring this cost down as this was not a mere ‘change of mind return’ however I received no reply from the company. I was very keen to support a small UK business which influenced my order originally, however at a cost of over £30 to return, I would unfortunately not use this company again for other items as I’d intended, nor could I recommend.
