I bought 3 Buxus (Boxwood) Tower Topiary Trees about two years ago. Product description states suitable for external use. Within 12 months, 1 tree had rotted and the trunk broke. The other two have now gone the same way. I did make contact with this business to discuss my dis-satisfaction. They stated the trunk was not suitable for UK external use. They were meant to get back to me but in the end i gave up following up.
