We have recently extended our property and with the kitchen being such a focal point and a significant investment it was imperative to find the right kitchen. The kitchen needed to enhance our property and the way we used the space. It needed to be a design which excited us, exceptional quality from a reputable supplier. We spent many weeks researching various kitchens and we visited different suppliers and it took a long time to find something that really hit the spot. Then we discovered Artisan Interiors. The initial design process was undertaken during a lockdown period but we utilised a shared Pinterest board where were able to post ideas that we liked / didn’t like and this was used as a starting point for the design. From this and an online consultation Rebecca was able to quickly capture our taste and our requirements in her design. Rebecca looked at things from a different perspective on how we would use the space and the flow of traffic in the area and this was integral to her design to ensure that it was both striking design but also practical. In fact there was very little tweaking from the initial design – it was spot on. Both Andy and Danny were also very knowledgeable, accommodating and patient whilst we chose the materials and we got a lot of inspiration from visiting the showroom. In fact, the whole Artisan team are very personable, approachable and nothing was ever too much trouble. The subsequent quote and cost breakdown was itemised and transparent so this could be tweaked to work within budget. Communication between the point of ordering and supply / fit was brilliant which was appreciated as the kitchen installation had a knock-on affect of other areas of the project. Due to the pandemic, there were issues with supply of some appliances but Artisan thought outside to box and was proactive in finding a solution. The kitchen fitter, Nathan, was firstly reliable, punctual and extremely professional. It became clear from the outset than he was skilled craftsman, thorough and a complete perfectionist. He done an amazing job and we did not have one complaint with the end result You can also be reassured by Artisan After sales care . Since the kitchen has been fitted, we had an very minor issue with the odd door prong not working, but Artisan have been very responsive and resolved in a timely manner. It is because of this that I would full heartedly recommend Artisan interiors and would have no problems in using them again in future projects.
