I placed an order on March 15th for multiple items. My payment was taken by them the same day and I received an email confirmation about my order, but when I went to check the status of my order on their website it said I didn't have an order.
When I tried to contact them their chat service was turned off; I called and the outgoing message said their call volume was too high so they weren't taking calls and to email them. Okay, the current world situation is bad so I sent my initial email for help on March 17th.
I allowed for more than their promised response time of 2 business days and still did not hear back from them. Today I sent my FIFTH EMAIL trying to get an answer. Although the automated message "says" my order was supposed to ship on the 25th of March and I would get tracking info via email, I have not received anything. Meanwhile they have had my money for 17 days on my credit card while it sits and racks up interest. All other online companies only charge your credit card once the items have shipped. This definitely seems like a SCAM. I will never order from them again and hope to get my money back.
I am waiting 2 business days for a response and if I do not hear from them I am filing a complaint with the BBB and a fraud alert with my credit card company.
I can empathize with current world situation, but don't run a business taking peoples' money, promising product, not delivering anything and ghosting all of your customers with no response.
