Pretty much the same story as others. Ordered hand sanitizer on March 10th - no indication given that order would be delayed. Emailed on the 20th, and received email response that it would ship by 3/25. Still nothing. Then I got an email with a UPS number - 3 days later still not in UPS system. I checked - the UPS label was created on 3/16. The UPS site says: "When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated." I tried to email them for several days, and they did not answer. Now their email bounces because the box is full. They are still taking orders on their website at this very moment.
