Seems to be a scam. I ordered hand sanitizer which showed as shipped on 3/28. Tracking shows as UPS is waiting for shipment. I'm sure that if this is an honest company they must be very busy right now, but 3 emails have bounced back and they don't answer the phone so I think it is a scam. On Amazon and on their own website the say they have product in shop to ship. So where is everyone's order? I used Paypal so will wait awhile to file a claim. Oh, they also made a new website and now it says I have no orders.... As of right now I would say don't buy from Artnaturals.
