I ordered 1 bottle shampoo and 1 bottle conditioner - On march 25th online. I had to contact the company through the third party seller - just to get my purchase shipped out, or so I thought. ArtNaturals (Virgin Scent INC out of Gardena CA) provided me with a DHL tracking number to a package that does not exist. I have tried numerous times to contact them through third party retailer, email, phone and Facebook. I am either met with silence or chat bot replies. They have done this same thing to hundreds of people so far. No one has received a refund of their money paid either. This company is stealing.
