The customer service is real bad. I sent a lot of emails, tried to call and got nowhere. No one answered the phone or emails. They finally shipped it and I got it like 3 weeks later. I got a full gallon jug of hand sanitizer but it smelled unlike any other hand sanitizer I had ever tried. It simply smelled bad and I asked someone else to smell it who said "I think they got it wrong". I did some research and it contains Jojoba Oil. The thing about Jojoba oil is that it can go bad and when it does it has a rancid smell. I think this is the case here. I put some of this on my hands and 10 minutes later I ran to the bathroom to give my hands a good wash. It left my hands smelling funny and unpleasant. I put the gallon jug in the trash. Its a waste of money and the smell is of something that is either not the right formula or something went wrong with the batch. Someone said it smells like gasoline and that accurate. I wouldnt trust putting this on skin with that smell.
