Honestly, if I could give them less than a star I would. We put a diffuser of theirs on our Amazon Baby registry, which someone lovingly ordered for us. We received it and went to start using it and low and behold, there was no power cord! So I tried calling the number on the warranty card included, and the answering service was shut down due to the Corona virus. So I emailed the warranty department, and they led me down a pain in the ass chase over Order numbers and Emails and blah blah blah even though I explained multiple times that IT WAS A GIFT AND I DID NOT ORDER IT. In the end they told me I was SOL. Thankfully AMAZON is awesome and still accepted it as a return and gifted us a gift card that we will be using to buy a diffuser from a BETTER company that is actually helpful and cares about its customers. NEVER BUY FROM ARTNATURALS THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU.
