IF THERE WERE ZERO STARS, I WOULD GIVE THEM A BIG FAT ZERO! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! So apparently these people don't answer their phone and also do not respond to emails or Facebook messages. I am about to contact the BBB. I understand they are busy, but so far they have lied and misrepresented their delivery dates, and have not responded to my MULTIPLE email inquiries and have not provided any updated information about when I will receive my hand sanitizer. We are trying to open our business and they have completey screwed us up. The tracking number says my shipment should have arrived on 4/23/20. On April 18th I received this message that my order had shipped. This is absolute misrepresentation and fraud!! It still has not NOT even shipped!! Here is the message they sent me on 4/18/20: We've got a surprise for you - your order has shipped! We've also included your tracking information, so you can track your order to its final destination. (THIS IS BS!!) They claimed it was to be delivered on 4/24/20.
