I ordered four bottles and they all came with the caps loose and leaking into the packaging in which they were shipped. Many other people with the same issue. They promised me a refund that I never received. Recently, after using the product several times daily while I was back in my office working, I broke out in a horrible case of hives. My dermatologist could not even identify the cause but I suspected the sanitizer. Once I stopped using this brand of sanitizer, the hives disappeared. This stuff is toxic.
