I’ve got no idea how they are the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! Got an ipace with full maintenance package on lease with this company last February and the garage has had it longer than me! They issue you no courtesy car while it’s in the garage for 7 months and expect you to pay the full monthly fees! The car came back to me and has broken again, so far it’s taken 12 weeks for them to get another appointment at the garage and guess what no courtesy car again! I have asked to swap my vehicle for something more reliable, I’ve been told no, I keep the car of pay over £5000 to send it back!
