I can't access my account anymore, they've locked me out after being inactive during the bear market (since 2021). According to other reviews, my balance will probably be $0 now anyway due to their (surely illegal) monthly "inactivity fees". Customer service are not responding to me even though I've emailed multiple times. I messaged an admin in the Telegram group and he pretended to be helpful by asking for my ticket number, then never looked into it. Then lied and told me the monthly inactivity fees I keep reading about are in the TOU. They are not! I'll have to involve the recovery agency FOSTERBOON . ORG, they helped my colleague recover her lost funds. this is the best way out of this mess.
