Only one of two boxes arrived, endless jargon filled auto answering telephone service led to very fast speaking staff who proved didn't listen because their subsequent arrangements were a total disaster. Customer service response to my missing box of orders, "lost in transit, refund and reorder. After consideration I once again went through their patience testing telephone procedure to arrange pickup of the Items that had arrived in the first box, I told them I didn't have the original large box so the items would be in two parcels, no one turned up on the day designated pickup day, back to the telephone, pick rearranged for today, driver arrived with one label for one parcel, as I cannot face yet another phone call, I've decided to dump the item and write off the cash to a never to be repeated experience.
