Ordered 3 pairs men shorts on line pickup at store my husband tried them on did not fit so returned same day 1 itam in one bag got my 15 pounds back after 4 days. 2 Iran’s in the author bag 30 pounds still waiting on my refund 9 days now phoned customer service keep telling me it will be 3-4 day days three times iv phoned can’t get answer keep telling me three - Four days every time I phone very difficult to understand they can’t even tell me if they have my return 30 pounds out of pocket
