I placed a large order nearly hundred pounds on boys clothes I used 2 5pound e vouchers I got for a previous order where things had turned up broken any way one t shirt I ordered was not in stock and they refunded this with the e vouchers the while point in placing the order was to use the vouchers and when I rang customer services they were not able to understand what my problem was after this I was told by text my order was delayed I waited 2 days still heard nothing so rang customer services again to be told that yes my items were in store to be picked up but they hadn't sent me an update to say they were there after all my recent purchase experiences totalling 500 pound asda will longer he getting my money I will be shopping elsewhere don't know what's happened but its really gotten quite bad
