Orderd my son and daughters school uniform on Thursday last week for collection in store Sunday ready for school Monday went there as stated via email after 1 pm and was told by a member of staff when they checked the order number it was in transit out the back on 5 cages and to come back tomorrow went back Monday and was told something completely different that it had not been deliverd then I went again yesterday to be told they don’t no anything and can not give me an estimate !! I then receive a text message today 3 days after the delivery date stating it will be delayed for 48 hours my son is stuck with no uniform !! If I request a refund and cancel order so that I can buy them in store this will take up to 14 days so will cost me double the money and so much unconvince Iv always brought in store never used this service and will not again still no uniform Iv attached evidence of order date and text message recieved I would advice if they don’t have your child’s size in the store go someone else because this is not a good alternative
