Completely incompetent, wish I had looked at their reviews prior to ordering! the quality of the products they sell ia appalling, purchased a cooker hood, it fell apart with 3 weeks making an awful noise, tried to get a replacement and that was like dealing with the keystone cops or Laurel and Hardy, complete incompetents, messed up the collection several times, gave me the wrong date for collection then didnt have a replacement to give me, useless, I ended up taking the old cooker hood to the dump myself, stay away from these incompetents.
