Ordered a trampoline way in time for Grandaons birthday. Only one parcel on Monday arrived out of two! Needed for Friday as his trampoline party with his friends. Called on the Tuesday basically said they would email the delivery courier and get back to me 24 hrs. They didn’t so I had to call them again to be told to wait another 24hrs. Called again the next day as was getting close to his birthday to be told wait another 24/48 hrs. Same generic waffle each time from Chinese girls. I can understand how upset you are etc but they don’t do anything to actually help you. It’s now a week and one day overdue so had to call them again today with exactly the same response !!!! Either wait 24/48 and they will get back to me or they can arrange collection of the one parcel and give me a refund!!!! Still no trampoline. They have said it probably lost in the post so to order another one and pay now and they will collect the other one and give a refund. Absolutely disgusting service !!! So now I have had to fork out more money in the hope that they keep to their word and actually give a refund. I didn’t expect this from George .com I am fuming
